For all same-day orders, orders have to be made before 5 pm on the same day. All orders made after this shall be considered for delivery latest by the next day.
We do not guarantee any timed delivery. Our regular delivery timings are between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Clients can request specific timings in the Special Instructions section of the payment form, and we will try our best to honor the client's request, but we cannot commit 100% efficiency in the timing of delivery.
Delivery timings, if promised, cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, during rush-hour days like Valentine's Day, Mothers Day, Rakhi, New Year's Eve, etc. Order cancellation would not be possible in such circumstances.
All the discounts are decided by the AT Enterprises team, and none of the discounts and offers can be clubbed together.
Any changes to the recipient's address would be entertained free of cost if they are requested before 48 hours of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained, and the order would not be canceled.
Change of address would not be possible for products from the gift section after dispatch.

The Product arrangements cannot be guaranteed to be exact replicas of the ones shown on the site because of different vendors and seasonal constraints. The quantity of the product will be the same. If substitutions are necessary due to the non-availability of products, they will be of equal or higher quality.
The icing and design of the cake may vary from the image depending upon local availability.
Any complaint about delivered products will be considered within 24 hours of delivery. Customers need to report the issue to customer support channels via calls, WhatsApp, or emails.
a) Delivery will be made as per the delivery instructions. If delivery instructions state that the product must be delivered to the recipient only, it will not be given to anyone else and shall be considered delivered if the recipient is unavailable. If the recipient doesn't accept the delivery, we shall consider the order to be delivered.
b) AT Enterprises will attempt delivery of your gifts only once. If the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer will still be charged, and no redelivery will be possible.
Occasionally, substitutions of Products or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. In such cases, we ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme are preserved, and substitutions will be of equal or higher value.
If the same order has been made twice, we will try to contact the customer. If the customer is not contactable, the decision made by AT Enterprises Management will be final.
AT Enterprises holds the right to reject orders or ban customers in cases of fraudulent behavior such as providing wrong addresses, unethical messages, or requesting odd delivery timings.
If the recipient is unavailable, and we have strict instructions to deliver only to the intended recipient, the order will be considered delivered, and no refund will be made.
All courier items will be shipped via Courier Agency service. Orders may take 3-9 days to arrive depending on product availability and location.
AT Enterprises holds the right to refuse service to any individual, organization, group, or business unit without providing a reason.
AAT Enterprises may amend its terms and conditions from time to time. All disputes arising in relation to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Karnal.
These terms, together with AT Enterprises other policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and AT Enterprises with respect to the use of the site.
I understand that AT Enterprises may send transactional and promotional communications via SMS, calls, WhatsApp and emails.
AT Enterprises may contact recipients to seek feedback on its service and product quality.
Any unethically placed orders will be considered fraudulent, and AT Enterprises may cooperate with law enforcement agencies to take appropriate action.
