We offer free shipping for all orders over 100 within the District. Orders more than 5000 will be charged a flat rate of 5% for shipping. Your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier’s website.
For international orders, additional customs and duties fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
We do our best to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, unexpected shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
